Plan a Visit

We'd love to have you join us at Rock Spring

Walking through the doors of a new church can feel uncertain. We understand. Here's what you need to know before you visit, so you can arrive ready to connect and experience what God is doing in our community.

Five things to know before your first visit

No pressure, no dress code, and no cold stares

Here is what a typical Sunday morning actually looks like at Rock Spring Church. We tried to answer the questions people ask us most often before they walk in for the first time. If anything is missing, just send us a note and we will fill in the blanks.

At Rock Spring Church, we gather in Apple Valley to worship together. Whether you join us Sunday mornings at 9:30, Saturday mornings at 10:00 AM, or Thursday Bible Study at 6:15 PM, you'll find a welcoming community ready to help you become who God is calling you to be.

Come as you are

What to expect when you visit Rock Spring

We want your first visit to feel genuine and welcoming. Here's what you can count on from us, and what we promise we won't do.

What to expect

  • A genuine greeting from someone at the door who cares you're here.
  • Contemporary worship you can engage with at your own pace.
  • A practical message from Scripture, roughly thirty minutes long.
  • Secure, staffed childcare so you can worship with peace of mind.
  • A time of prayer-participate however feels right for you.

What we will not do

  • Put you on the spot or ask you to identify yourself publicly.
  • Expect or pressure you to contribute financially.
  • Push you to join a group or sign anything your first visit.
  • Make assumptions about how you should dress or look.
  • Dismiss your doubts or difficult questions.
One more thing

Let us know you are coming

Totally optional, but if you fill out our short guest form we will have a quick welcome kit waiting at the door, and one of our team will say hi by name when you arrive.
